We have one life. From what I hear it is all we get. Show the world that
you care for yourself by showing them healthy, radiant skin. Do you know the
five steps to good skin care?
The five steps are: Cleanse, exfoliate, freshen, moisturize and hydrate. What is the first thing people see about
you? Your face. From your skin, a person can tell your age,
your health and whether you are stressed or friendly. Your skin gives off clues that you are not
aware of. Nobody wants people to think
they are older than they really are.
This can be prevented by taking care to
reduce signs of aging. The primary signs
of aging are: fine lines and wrinkles,
uneven skin tone (such as age or sun spots), rough texture and sagging skin.
In our thirties, our skin may require more hydration and may have
reduced collagen. This reduction of collagen makes the skin seem less firm and
less elastic.
A moisturizer that
provides hydration as well as products that stimulate the production of collagen
is essential to preventing this reduction of hydrogen and collagen.
In our forties, we notice more wrinkles, sagging, dark spots and
discoloration. Again, products that provide hydration and stimulate the
production of collagen are essential at this stage of someone’s life. In addition, there are several
supplemental-type products that address the dark spots and discoloration.
Men will not admit it but most men want to look and feel younger. Men’s
skin is different from women’s skin. It
is exposed to a different set of challenges, such as the need to be shaved every
day. Men definitely benefit from a specially formulated skincare regimen for
their skin as well.
It takes more than one product to achieve beautiful skin. As part of a daily skin care regimen the
five steps mentioned above will work together to reinforce the benefits of one
another. They work with skin to keep it looking healthy and vibrant! Everyone’s skin care is different and
customized skincare is designed specifically for a person’s skin type.
Using a skincare regimen formulated to work together every day
will help to effectively reduce fine lines and wrinkles and reveal
younger-looking skin. In addition to
that, it will improve the elasticity of your skin making it more supple with an
even skin tone.
A good skincare regimen
will remove dead skin cells through exfoliation as well as reducing fine lines
and wrinkles by accelerating the skin’s renewal process. Contact me to find out more about a
