In addition to our classes and private personal training, we also provide small group trainings. These sessions can be between
friends or people of like interest and ability. These allow you to work
with a trainer to get exercise and split the training costs. They can
be more enjoyable because you are engaging with others. This leads to
more exercise and ultimately results. Some places do not have the
ability to offer a fitness club to support exercise on other days.
Having a club available can help you save money by cutting down the
times you would meet with a trainer.
Since the trainer is really
firing on all cylinders to ensure a great experience, the rate for the
session is higher. As with our other packages you have the benefit of
stretching and wellness classes. You can have up to four people in a
class.
As opposed to other local options, we have the ability to deliver many different forms of training. Other options are like Curves. They only do circuit training. We can do resistance in a circuit, body weight, outdoor, fun team challenges and customized classes to keep it fresh.
In addition to the fitness classes, as a training client you are invited to other classes to help you soften your muscles, relax and to work on helping you achieve greater happiness. These are part of our offering to training clients.
