Personal Triumph Fitness & Wellness is a private local business. We provide personal training, open group, private group training, workshops and wellness programs. We believe that everyone should have a regular, on-going relationship with a trainer/coach who can help you stay healthy and happy. Just like you only see your doctor or dentist occasionally, you should have a trusted ally who can help you stay on top of this most precious gift of health.

One does not have to have regular trainings scheduled but have a time booked with a trainer/coach every month or two. Even if you are in great shape, you can fine-tune your program, find new exercises, be pushed through a thresh hold and re-connect when you find exercise getting boring.

For any under-conditioned people, you could have someone help you keep close to the basics of your program and re-invigorate your motivation to continue. In the case of having a wellness coach as a fitness trainer, you could improve the quality of your life, find direction, hope and re-start your life journey to that better place.

Unlike other training organizations in the area, you have access to more options. We have the ability to deliver many different forms of training. We can also do resistance in a circuit, body weight, outdoor, fun team challenges and customized classes to keep it fresh.

SPECIAL TO TRAINING CLIENTS:

For the summer we will be providing an introduction offer of $30 for 30 minutes or $40 for 45. This offer does not include free classes, membership or massage.

All our training clients can augment their training sessions with a FREE membership to AnyTime Fitness AND FREE fitness and wellness classes. These are classes and not specialty programs like boot camps, suspension training or martial arts training. In addition to the fitness classes, as a training client you are invited to other classes to help you soften your muscles, relax and to work on helping you achieve greater happiness. In a few packages, we provide you with a body massage to help you repair the work you did to make your muscles stronger and more toned. These are part of our offering to training clients.

Examples of populations we can train:

- People looking to improve their physical appearance (we incorporate a multi-faceted approach).

- People who need to lose weight under a doctors advice.

- People and teens who want to improve their performance in athletics.

- People who are preparing for an event such as a wedding, reunion and want to look great in a short time or people preparing for an event like a vacation when they will be active.

- People with challenges who need hope.

In general however, many people come to use a trainer for:

- To feel better inside and out

If you have any chronic health conditions, injuries or training goals (running a marathon, for example) a trainer will work with you and your health care provider to plan a safe, efficient program that considers these needs and enable you to reach your health goals.

If you play a particular sport, the right personal trainer will help you improve your skill by showing you new training techniques specific to your sport.
