Ken Silva is the owner of Personal Triumph Fitness.His interest in fitness started at the age of eight lifting weights,boxing and studying martial arts. In high school, Ken was reading the Encyclopedia of Body Building. He wrote nutrition plans and fitness plans for people at the age of 15.

Heis a gym owner with thousands of hours of training. He is acertified by the American College of Sports Medicine. He has completed his training from WellCoaches as a wellness coach. Both the AmericanCollege of Sports Medicine and WellCoaches are the gold standard intheir respective fields.He studied Fitness Management and holds a 4.0 average. He has a black belt in Shotokan karate, participates in kickboxing and has trained in many sports. He combines his knowledge of fitness, athletics and kinesiology to improve the performance of students and clients. He is first aid and CPR certified.

Ken lives in Acton with his wife and two kids. When not training he is most likely being an active father, building projects around his home or riding his motorcycle.
